Dr. Shaik Rehana Banu

Dr. Shaik Rehana Banu serves as the Operations Manager of Marjan Medical Center and oversees the management of two pharmacies located in Sanaya and in Shirikat. She holds a Post-Doctorate in Business Management from Lincoln University, Malaysia, and brings over 10 plus years of experience in Operations and Human Resource Management. A dedicated healthcare administrator and researcher, Dr. Shaik Rehana Banu was honored with the prestigious Research Grant Award from the University of Sharjah in February 2025 in recognition of her contributions to academic research and organizational excellence.

Under her leadership, Marjan Medical Center and its two pharmacies continue to grow as trusted healthcare providers, committed to delivering high-quality medical services, efficient patient care, and operational excellence.
